Sephora 10-Year-Olds are Solving the World’s Problems

Sephoras across the country are flooded with young children. Coined “Sephora 10-Year-Olds,” they have been known for their politeness, respect, and conservation of resources. Society is truly lucky for this movement, which has aided in solving many of our most prominent problems.

For one, they are helping to reduce waste. Makeup has become really overproduced, with stores having too much to sell. Because of this, brands like Drunk Elephant are contributing to tons of waste. These kids are actively ensuring that these products go to good use.

Through this, they are learning the value of selflessness. Many of these products contain ingredients like retinol that are designed for aging and acne-prone skin. These harsh products can be very damaging to their skin, yet they still have decided the risks are worth it to help fight the high amount of waste they saw happening. This shows a high level of emotional intelligence, as they are putting the needs of others above their own.

It is really refreshing to see young people caring about their appearance so much. Just a few years ago, kids were too focused on school and playing on the playground. They would run around, play tag, and ultimately end up hurting themselves engaging in these dangerous activities. If kids enjoy spending time inside doing their makeup, they are kept from injuring themselves outside.

This also puts an emphasis on hygiene from a young age. When people spend more time focused on doing their makeup, they aren’t getting dirty or grimy outside. This shows a societal trend of cleanliness that will help prevent illness and messiness. In a post-COVID world, it is more important than ever to maintain good hygiene to prevent another pandemic. Everyone knows that the real cause of COVID-19 was a makeup-less person who spent too much time outside with animals and nature.

It is incredible to see the youth of today fighting other societal problems as well. A lot of countries are currently seeing a population collapse, as fewer adults want to have kids. One of the biggest reasons for this is because, for centuries, children were menaces. They would run around outside, make a lot of noise, and make a mess.

These fantastic children are showing people that kids can be peaceful and engage in more adultlike behavior like going shopping. Gone are the days of 10-year-olds throwing tantrums in the store, or whining that they want to go home. Now, they will gladly spend hours in Sephora trying the products and looking at makeup.

This makeup is also making the children prettier. Nobody wants to look at ugly kids, so now, they can cover up their gross young faces and instead make themselves presentable and beautiful. Every kid wants to use products that the 40-year-olds are using, helping them to blend in with the rest of the population. That way people can stress less over the presence of children in places where they could be disruptive and not even notice they are there. The products will make them look exactly like the beautiful people of the country’s median age, but shorter. People will no longer have to wait anxiously for the child to combust into a tantrum, as they will be better behaved and blend in with the grown-ups.

From preventing a pandemic to hiding their hideous faces, Sephora 10-year-olds are saving the world, one serum at a time. By preventing waste, promoting a culture of selflessness, improving hygiene, and solving a population collapse, they are proving that kids might not be so bad after all. The world is becoming a better place, and we have Gen Alpha to thank for it.
