Living The Ancestral Life

In the modern era, it can be difficult to find peace within yourself. With constant distractions such as social media, advertisements, and political chaos, finding the time to find yourself and live a life of serenity can be difficult.

However, there is a simple solution to this conundrum- If modern life is the definitive stressor for humanity, it’s only natural to return to our ancestral roots and live the way humans were intended to live: with bare necessities and the ability to reach true happiness.

Social Media influencer and Ancestral Lifestyle Idol Brian Johnson promotes his lifestyle and encourages others to join him to reach his physique and mentality. 



As seen in the image above, Johnson (also known as The Liver King) has what many would consider to be the ideal human body- He is muscular beyond belief and has a luscious beard, displaying maximum levels of testosterone. The real question is, how on earth did Johnson achieve such strength and success? 

Johnson promotes a diet known as the ‘Ancestral Diet’, allowing him to tap into his inner caveman and grow big and strong, the way we were all intended to develop. Here’s what the Liver King eats for breakfast:

  • Raw Liver

  • Raw Beef Organs

  • Bone Marrow

  • Poached Eggs

  • 8 Tablespoons of Butter

It might seem excessive, but one must eat the proper amount of nutrients in order to sustain such a perfect body. The Liver King also spends most of his day working out and surrounded by nature; one of his workouts involves dragging a large boulder back and forth from his garage to the end of the forest with nothing but two chains holding onto it. His dedication is unmatched, fitting for a man who has been dubbed king.

Of course, the ancestral diet is incomplete without its star supplement: Liver. The addition of about one pound of raw liver per day keeps the doctors away, though Johnson has advised beginners to start with smaller amounts of raw beef organs and slowly work their way up to his level. 

The ancestral diet is not the only part of the ancestral lifestyle, however- Exercise, as mentioned before, is a key part to reaching success, but there are other aspects to it too. Johnson walks barefoot regularly, sleeps on the floor, and consistently exposes himself to the elements regardless of the weather conditions. 

While such a lifestyle might seem like a drastic and unnecessary change, the results prove that this kind of lifestyle works wonders. Who needs scientific evidence when the Liver King exists? In order to truly have a natural, organic, totally-not-steroid-enhanced body, you must commit yourself to the ancestral lifestyle. Once you get rid of the anxieties that come with eating raw meat for all your meals, it’s really quite simple!
