Halloween Disney Movie Ranking. 

When the weather cools down, autumn leaves are falling, and pumpkin spice candles are lit, the best thing to do is cozy up in a warm blanket and watch a Halloween movie with a warm cup of tea. And there’s no better type of movie to choose than a Disney one! Typically when you think of Disney you’d think of Snow White, Cinderella, or even Peter Pan, but they have come out with many fun, entertaining Halloween movies throughout the years. So, without further ado, here are the 10 best Disney Halloween movies:  


10. Spooky Buddies, 2011

Comedy/Adventure. 1h 28m

This children’s movie brings us along the “buddies” adventure to save 5 puppies from Warwick the Warlock, an evil hellhound who wants to sacrifice the puppies to open a portal so ghosts can come through to our world.

9. Under Wraps, 1997

Family/Comedy. 1h 35m

This fun movie is about three friends on a mission to try and save their mummy friend Harold from being sold to the highest bidder and return him to his resting place before midnight on Halloween. If they don’t, Harold will cease to exist. 

8. Pooh’s Heffalump Halloween Movie, 2005

Family/Comedy. 1h 7m

Roo and Lumpy set out on a mission to find the dreaded Gobloon, who is said to have the ability to grant wishes if caught. The problem is that if the Gobloon catches you first they turn you into jaggedy lanterns! This is a great movie to watch with younger kids this Halloween. 


7. Mickey’s House of Villains, 2001

When villains show up at Mickey Mouse’s house, they must keep the show running. This is a perfect movie to think back to your childhood and childhood villains. 


6. The Nightmare Before Christmas, 1993

Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, has grown bored of Halloween. He stumbles across Christmastown, and, amazed by the difference between this and his old life, decides to bring it back home,which causes confusion and trouble. 


5. Frankenweenie, 2012

Young, nerdy outcast Victor Frankenstein only has one friend, his dog Sparky. When Sparky tragically dies one day, Victor decides to bring him back to life with lightning, and it works! All goes well until his classmates steal his secret and start reviving other animals, leading to dangerous creations.

A family in desperate need of a vacation and time together set out on a trip, but stop at an old house to spend the night. There they find that the house is haunted, and have to find a way to help the ghosts there to break a curse. 


3. Corpse Bride, 2005

Two young lovers, Victor and Victoria, are set to be married. However, when the nervous groom is practicing his wedding vows in the forest, a branch reaches out and brings him to the world of the dead. The branch turns out to be a woman, who was murdered on her wedding day. She is determined to marry Victor, who must return to the world of the living before Victoria marries the villainous Barkis Bittern.

Halloweentown is the only place where supernatural beings can live a normal life. Marnie and her family are visiting their grandmother when they learn that they come from a family of witches. Not only that, but they also learn that they have to fight against an evil threatening to take over the world.

Three kids explore an abandoned house, and as they're fooling around, they accidentally set free three very powerful witches. The kids must stop them by stealing their book of spells before they can turn immortal.
